On-site printer repair for "out of warranty" printers

Guaranteed cost fix - Standard

Diagnostic visit & fix - Time & Materials

  • Engineer on site within 3-5 working days
  • Full problem diagnosis
  • Once fault is diagnosed, all further labour and travel for return visits become chargeable
  • All parts chargeable

Printer re-sites

Move your printer within your organisation or to another address. A re-site includes:

  • Uplift of machine and re-site to new address, or new location in same building
  • Re-commissioning

Preventative maintenance valet

Complement a maintenance contract with a valet. The Valet includes:

  • A full external check and clean of covers and assemblies
  • A full internal check and clean of moving parts and sensors
  • A full vacuum of all accessible areas
  • A status check of consumable and maintenance items
  • A status check of installed software and drivers
  • A diagnostic system self-test

To benefit from this service your printer needs to be in good working order. If during the course of a Printer Valet a fault is found, then the engineer will inform you and with your approval will take steps to fix the fault, though this will be classed as a chargeable repair.

Operator training

Ensure staff are fully trained in installing consumables and day-to-day maintenance. Operator Training includes:

  • Key features of the printer
  • Install & test of consumables
  • Loading & care of paper
  • Clearing paper misfeeds and jams
  • Standard features of the printer driver
  • Set up printer driver preferences
  • Diagnostic functions

Operator Training is included in our Standard Installation service.
