This has proved a very capable printer and apart from going through waste cartridges rather quick very goog

It has been a real workhorse printer and has worked flawlessly. The only negative for me is that it is a bit of a monster and in a SOHO environment, it looms a bit.

The printer is the usual high quality. The refill toner cartridges are far too expensive which will put me off buying a printer from Konica Minolta again. Why are the cartridges so expensive? 4 replacement cartridges so expensive and also a big difference between the low yield and hight yield prices-ITS TONER NOT GOLD DUST! American toner prices are well below half the UK price so what gives? Rip off is what gives! RORY O CONNOR DUBLIN

Very pleased with the machine. Time to warm up from cold and time to first print quite short (not timed). Print quality very acceptable for the machine cost.

Purchased the KM 4650EN to replace a KM 2550DN which was beginning to show its age in terms of image quality, and which would have cost approximately £300 to re-stock with KM toner.For about £100 more The 4650EN gave me a quieter, quicker laser printer with better image quality: the choice was obvious. It's speed is terrific, quietness better (although I wouldn't choose to have a telephone conversation whilst in the same room at the same time). However, the supplied toner cartridges ran out after 3 months of light use. The 'toner low' warning seems to trigger when these cartridges are no more than half empty – run them until they stop working! Also some dedicated drivers for Mac not available at time of purchase, but didn't seriously affect operation of printer. In summary: great speed and image quality, quieter rather than quiet, heavy toner consumption.

It is the most expensive printer we have ever had - it is robbing us on a daily basis. The User toner cartridge fills up with alarming regularity and it is costing us a fortune in toners. As a Charity it is not something we can sustain, we cannot afford to keep it. We are very disappointed indeed.

We have purchased several of the Konica Minolt Magicolor 4650EN Colour printers as the machine itself is very good value, however I do have issues with the costing of the consumables as we have found that it is cheaper to purchase a new printer rather than all four toners cartridges, all four imaging units and waste bottle. We have do this on more than one occasion which obvious is not very environmentally friendly as we end up with dumping the older machines!!

The print outs from this printer are top quality, and the machines run smoothly. The only problem with these printers is the enormous cost of toner and replacement consumables.

I am very happy with my Konica Minolta magicolor 4650DN printer. I had not one single paper jam although I print mainly on both sides, all goes perfectly well, and also the telephone support is very good. The only drawback is that the toners coming with the printer do not last that long. I would definitely recommend buying printers of this make from this company. Adrian

This printer has been seriously disappointing. It is very noisy, has now developed a squeak, goes through toner as if there was no tomorrow, fills the waste toner container at an alarming rate. It periodically produces black smudges on the copies (which are not of brilliant quality) and now after only 8700 copies is indicating that the black imaging unit will shortly need replaced at a cost of over £130.00!!! Not a good buy.
