OKI B6500 Mono Printer Further Information

Simple to install, use and monitor. - Once installed, the printer is simple to use, manage and control, thanks to the unique collection of utilities supplied free with the printer, avoiding the need for IT Manager assistance. Ask OKI is a dedicated online support tool, accessed easily via the printer driver and Template Manager 2006 provides ready-made templates to assist the printing of items such as address labels and envelopes. To assist management and control, PrintSuperVision allows network administrators, for example to remotely monitor all printers on the network and verify toner status. It also offers full support for OKI Printing Solutions printers within HP Web Jetadmin software, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and total business efficiency. Finally, control over usage is provided by Secure Print which enables password-protected printing.

Class leading mono printing to enhance business Efficiency. - At 43 pages per minute (ppm) the B6500 is easily the fastest printer in its class. Yet there is no price premium for such a high print speed as the B6500 is competitively priced. It offers true 1200x1200dpi print quality, giving real impact to graphics and diagrams.

A powerful printer full of features and options. - The B6500 is a truly versatile printer, with a range of features and options to allow it to meet every user need and printing requirement. It holds 700 sheets as standard, increasing the time between refills. There is also the option of fitting 3rd & 4th trays, each of 550-sheet capacity, to hold a variety of paper sizes and heavyweight papers up to 216gsm. An optional Hard Disk Drive (HDD) allows storage of data and templates for future use, with an optional Compact FlashTM memory card for extra data storage. Automatic duplex is another option, allowing easy, economical, double-sided printing for a professional booklet output.
