follwing your advise we purchased a samsung clx 6200 fx lase printer - easy to install on our network, easy to use and superb printing, could not ask for more.

Does what it claims to do very well and at an affordable price. Only down-side so far has been the replacement undera warranty of the laser unit (a common manufacturing weakness it would seem). Warranty repair speedy and no-quibbles from Samsung. Slight fan whine, but otherwise good - only the lasre faults prevents me from rating it as excellent.

I am VERY disappointed with this machine as it has been out of operation longer than it has been in operation all thanks to the short life of the colour toner cartridge. I have had OKI printers for years with no trouble and tried something different merely as a space saving exercise. Would I buy it again? No way. My Printware contact has been very helpful but fact remains 4-5 weeks on from purchasing it I still haven't got it working again. I understand a new toner cartridge is on the way - let's see if that helps but if sales literature states 2000 pages per starter cartridge, I don't expect to get 100 and then lose the use of the machine for weeks.
