The printer has proven to be one of the best investments I have made.
Being for personal use, it doesn't get used a huge amount but the results are always superb.
I wanted something that would faithfully reproduce what I see on the screen and it handles images from my N95 as easily as it does the RAW images from my Sony DSC-R1.

There is a quality feel to this machine. It produces fine results and the increased size over the usual A4 is very welcome. It does not pay to be in a hurry for your first print after switching on. You can hear it doing a Spring clean internally before it produces a beautiful print.

The printer is easy to set up although as an A3+ printer it has a large footprint. I use to print from Lightroom 2 and CS4. The quality is very good, especially in colour. Black and white prints need some work to get good blacks but as a printer for semi-professional use it offers good value for money.

Firstly, a great price with very quick delivery from Printware. No negative comments at all so far about the printer. Excellent quality prints after easy and quick set up using Canons instruction leaflet and CD info. Also free Photoshop Elements 8 supplied with printer. Works well with Windows 7.
