Bought this printer from Printware over the phone and received excellent service and next day delivery. Initial printer had a problem and Printware were excellent in getting a replacement out the next day. It meant business as usual and a very happy custoimer that will continue to buy from Printware. Not had the printer that long but so far so good...excellent quality, very fast and the Duplex unit we bought works a treat

This machine does a reasonably good job. I have yet to establish just how economical it is in relation to toners. It has the occasional paper jam which can be annoying. The print quality is good. The duplex unit is a godsend.I do a number of multi page documents and asked the machine to collate them once. The machine to an incredible amount of time to accomplish this so won't try this again!

The printer has the duplexer attachment which I need and I have fitted 1GB of memory to enable booklet printing which I mainly use it for. Working very well and I am very pleased but the toner that comes with it does not last very long. I have yet to see how long a normal capacity toner lasts.

I don't know what I did before I bought this printer, it has been running constantly! The quality is great and it's really easy to use. The toner seems to last quite a long time too. Definitely recommend

Ok, so it's a big box, but the speed and versatility more than make up for it. We have the extra sheet feeder, so we have special 280gsm card in one of them and and plain white in the other. We also make extensive use of the manual feed slot. We used to do a lot of business with the locel print shop, and they've told me that they miss me........

Not had the unit long and already have had two Imaging Units (under warrenty) as print quality got so bad. If the printer could keep up the quality it would get 8 from me but due to imaging problems and the fact that the Toners are very expensive I can only give it 5

This is generally an excellent printer, albeit a little bulky, very quick, good quality. The only problem is that it frequently requests a re-start due to a software error. After each re-start it prints a 3 page report. This is very annoying especially as it sometimes takes 3 or 4 goes to return to normal operation.
