The printer seems fast and efficient. Network scanning is more difficult to set up than expected. Also encountering fairly frequent paper jams so keeping an eye on this in case there is a fault with the roller...

This machine is solid and relatively straightforward to use for all functions. However, it is noisy if you are using the telephone.

I was after a work horse and this product delivered. Very good value for money and good service from Printware.

The printer seems to be very solidly constructed and, at 55kg you would expect it to be pretty robust. The user documentation supplied is pretty poor with only a small "get you started" guide printed and the rest of the documentation on the CD. The standard of English in a number of areas is a little poor which can lead to confusion. We initially had problems with networking the printer which turned out to be OUR network and not the printer and, once corrected, the printer burst into life. I have yet to work out how to get the printer to take paper from the Manual Feed Tray 1 option. It seemed to come up with an error that could not be cleared... work in progress!! Overall - A fast, good quality, double sided printing machine that does everything that we want it to do but which is just a little difficult to understand and get to grips with in the initial stages.

Machine less than 1 year old and has been trouble from the start. It has 'eaten' its way through several high capacity set of inks and waste toners. Used in small business but not exceptional high print volume. Requiring new imaging drum. Unsatisfactory response from Konica Minolta. Would think twice before buying Konica Minolta products again. Warranty void if printing labels.
