An excellent printer but the cartridges are used up very quickly, and are a bit expensive.

The printer is very big and heavy but it makes up for it in print quality and economic running cost.

The K8600 was a good printer while it worked properly. However, black and yello printhead required change, so it was replaced by HP original and it did not help because lines were missing. Then the printhead support was cleaned but the things did not improve. As I did not take the service contract your people just washed their hands. Not knowing what to do, because it would not be worth replacing the new printhead which cost about Ģ50, I bought a cheap printer for Ģ30! If you wash your hands as well, the printer will finish in a scrapyard!

I have had nearly 2 years of continual paper jams. This printer has frustrated me so much that in the end I took it to the dump & replaced it with an Epson B1100. Guess what! No more paper jams & much faster printing. I have always had HP printers but no more.
