I bought the printer as it provided me with fast, colour double sided laser printing for my small office. The real bonus was the promo £100 cash-back from Samsung. Q: Where else can you get a printer that does all this for just over £200? A: Nowhere. A great deal. Well done Samsung.

Printer is fine apart from a blue dot repeated down the paper every 3 inches. I think the blue cartridge has a fault

Printer arrived almost before I got the email. So far very pleased with all aspects. Photos are perfect, text crisp and speed good enough for me. I particularly like the automatic duplex for booklets. Certain shiny laser papers have caused jams but I am learning how to use them and thicker card now - it has to be fed a sheet at a time.

I don't normaly do reviews however I am very pleased with this printer. It installed on the network quickly and easily and was up and printing in no time. I haven't used it alot yet, but the time from clicking print to it starting to print is quick, my older HP laser was 3 times as long at least, but that was 3/4 years old!
I haven't tried duplex printing yet, but so far i'm very pleased!

This machine follows the use of an Epson C900 which lasted for many years. It's basically the same (large) size and is heavy to move - butg this seems to be a characteristic of colour lasers.
It's fast, has excellent print quality - really impressive for illustrations and the double sided printing facility works a treat.
Very pleased I bought it. We have it for heavy domestic use but it would also be ideal for a small business.

Bought this to replace a CLP-500. First impressions are that the machine warms up much quicker, with a first page printed within secs rather than mins. Print quality is excellent and even duplex is quick. The output tray is stupidly small and flimsy, and the supplied black cartridge had a fault which resulted in regular blobs up the page. Luckily I was supplied with a free black toner or I would have been livid! However, these were the only regular blobs on my happiness with the new printer, although I'm expecting consumables costs to be high.

The new Samsung CLP 620ND was a replacement for our Epson Aculaser 2600N colour laser printer that we had bee using for about 5 years. The new Samsung printing results are much better i.e. clearer text and images. And a great improvement is that when the printer starts and/or operates the noise is greatly reduced. So far, touch wood, no paper jams to contend with.
