As a high volume black text printer it's fine. Slow to warm up but quick once it starts printing. The colour element is a waste of time, the quality is poor - so much I've bought a new inkjet! The Ricoh uses a lot of ink and the cartridges are expensive. For the price I think it's an average printer, and why does it not come with a USB cable to connect to the PC!

really pleased with my purchase, ive got a ricoh a3 copier and this product is just as good for a fraction of the price, excellent service from printware as usual. The all important and often overlooked running cost of this device is the best of any A4 colour mfp on the market (ive checked)which makes it a sound purchase, Thanks for your advise Printware, I will be back when i need supplies.

I've only had this printer for 3 weeks but its been good to me so far. Setup was not too difficult and problems were sorted well by ricoh's friendly and helpful support. Having said that, it's not that easy to get things working exactly as you want them. Once working it's a really good printer and copier. Duplex works fine on printing. Copier is not duplex. Quality looks fine. for a small business with no IT support this looks like it was a good choice.

Bought this printer on the strength of the reviews and the cashback offer. Set up was fairly straightforward and the printer sits nicely beneath my desk. I've not done much beyond copying and printing as I can't face attempting to read the manual supplied on the CD. Given how much you get in the box that you don't use (stickers and overlays for several different languages) it would have been great to have a proper printed manual.

Delivery from Printware brilliant - even to the Scottish Highlands. The printer iself is OK but nothing startling. I've had one major paper jam (I thought I'd have to call out an engineer). Minor problems with the LAN setup after a power cut - it picked up a different IP address but the software didn't recognise it. I've given the printer a static address. Print quality is good unless printing a full page photo when there can be some imperfections and the roller marks show up. So far I've used print, copy, scan. I need to find someone else with a fax so I can play. I'm totally unable to fathom the passthrough paper feed and envelopes are a nightmare.

Very good machine, much better than our previous model C220sf.

I never write reviews of online purchases... but have really felt compelled to write about this printer. Firstly, the support and follow-on service from Printware has been excellent. The first printer arrived damaged (having been dropped - it is extremely heavy), and a replacement was sent the next day. I wanted a printer that handles colour/b&w printing as well as scanning-to-email/network. This printer does both spectacularly. The user-interface leave a bit to be desired (hence my 9 not 10 rating) but Rico's after-sales support is outstanding... all in all an excellent experience!
