Printer took a while to set itself up though I didn't have to do much. Quite noisy during set up and operation. Fast printing - it really spits those pages out. The paper catcher is a bit flimsy and not very good at collecting the whizzing paper. Print quality good and it looks as if the ink will be fairly cheap. Worked seamlessly on the wired network (haven't tested the wireless mode). Overall, very happy.

I ordered a set of XL cartridges with the printer. Thanks to Printware for being v quick to respond and be flexible so I could get the rebate that came with the printer+inks bundle.

Print quality is excellent. Only one problem I have spotted so far is that when it prints double sided something that has got a lot of ink on - a picture it can crease the paper.

Prints and scans well, I don't use the fax - probably not many people do now days. Setting up takes a while. No options or info for setting power saving - presumably this is done automatically? Set the 'screen saver' to 'off' to avoid the printer powering up the screen for continuous advert. O/A pretty good.

I bought this printer to replace a colour laser that was costing me £360 every time I needed a new set of toner cartridges. The print quality is good, the set up was fairly easy and it is fully connected wirelessly to all of the PCs in our home. Lots of good little features on this printer and the ongoing running costs should be very reasonable. The service from Printware was exceptionally good and I am very happy to recommend them to my friends.
