OKI B4540, A4 Mono Laser Multifunction Printer

The new A4 mono B4540 MFP (Multifunction Product) is a new addition to the OKI product offering, enabling you to benefit from the convenience and efficiency of being able to print, scan, copy and fax all in one machine. It has been designed specifically for the small to medium workgroup and combines a whole host of features that will maximise business productivity, including a network connection fitted as standard.

It also offers the optional facilities of a duplex unit and second paper tray for increased performance and features an Automatic Document Feeder for low user intervention. The new B4540 MFP delivers a fast 20 pages per minute print speed and a flatbed scanner enables copying from a wide variety of original documents, whilst the high monthly duty cycle of the B4540 MFP ensures reliability and hassle-free printing and copying for the whole office.

• Networked as standard, for network printing and scan to FTP for archiving
• Advanced document management software that supports the archiving and management of all digitised documents
