I needed to replace an HP 8600DN which never lived up to my expectations. I chose the Brother MFC J6910DW as I particularly wanted the A3 scanner feature and duplex on both A3 and A4.

I'm really pleased with my choice and the performance of the printer. I've not used the fax facility so can't comment on this, but print quality is good enough for what I need (office documents) and ink usage seems reasonable. Note that you don't get full size cartridges with the printer, but the ones supplied have lasted quite well.

In summary, a good printer with a good combination of features. Recommended.

From the minimal usage so far, this appears to be an excellent printer with a number of very useful facilities. Fairly straight forward to set up from the manual, but the set up must be done in the sequences shown.

the process of getting the printer was a bit prolonged but the printer is good - the only nagging problem is the blue spectrum does not come out so well

Excellent product. The quality is noticably better than my previous printers. The noise levels are low. I can even print directly from an iPhone. Excellent choice.

Wireless set up seemed to throw my router a few times but now OK.Reaction to print command somewhat slow.Print quality good although need to look up a bit more info on colour tones/quality etc.A3 cprinting and selection fine.Will tell more after more use

Excellent all round ptinter, simple to use from PC, laptop and iPhone wirelessly. Excellent quality prints. Wish I had bought it ages ago instead of dilly-dallying for so long.

The new Brother MFC-J6910DW is working well. It is as good as I hoped it would be.

The Brother MFC-J6910DW is the only duplex A4/A3 dual paper tray Printer scanner I could find. It is fast, quiet and print quality is perfect for documnets. It is excellent for SOHO use, but too flimsy for general office use. My only other criticism is that it is completely black - which is not ideal for a SOHO environment

Very pleased with this printer would definately recommend it. Especially like the duplex printing. A little disappointed with photo print quality but on the whole an excellent purchase.
