This is a great printer for a small business. Excellent value for money. It is very fast and quiet. In particular, I was looking for a printer that would allow me to print letters using several overlays for different letterheads that I use. It is very straightforward, and saves me money, as I do not need to order external printing of letter headed paper. Other manufacturers do not seem to provide this very useful feature in a low end machine. The print manager feature is excellent, as it monitors usage, so one knows when to order a new cartridge.
