Brother MFC 8380DN Laser Multifunction Printer

Brother have done well to improve their mono laser multifunction printer range which includes the Brother MFC 8380DN printer. The running costs of the Brother MFC 8380DN is reduced by the separation of the drum from the toner. The drum cartridge has a far greater useful life than the toner cartridge which greatly reduces the cost of the toner. Running costs can also be reduced by restricting access to the printer via a pass code.

Included in the box are drivers for Windows and Mac OS X. Linux drivers are not supplied but available to download. Also included is MFL-Pro and PaperPort 11SE for support, document management and optical character recognition.

The print speed of the Brother MFC 8380DN is a nice and fast 30ppm and there is not drop in quality due to the fast speed. The print resolution of the Brother MFC 8380DN is up to 1200x1200 dpi.
