The Lexmark S305 was quick and easy to install. Used for a small business run from home to produce handouts, certificates and "mug shots" we find the speed and quality very good. Only criticism would be that it is a bit hungry on the ink.

Started off really well. Then it swallowed a cheque that it was supposed to print out. The help didn't help. But eventually I did manage to tease it out only to be told that there was a fault with the printhead. None of the advice from the user manual etc did anything to help ! Nor is it economical for me to have to send it back so on the basis of you win some and lose some this particular machine will be despatched to the scrapheap as soon as I get rid of the waful cold and can out to the local tip. NOT your fault, just one of those things that sometimes happen

This product is satisfactory for my needs. My old scanner packed up so I bought this one to use mainly as a scanner although the printing and photocopying facility is an advantage. What I did not realise is the price of the replacement cartridges whic means that I will use the printer less often. I already use an Epson inkjet which I purchased from you several years ago and which is cheaper to run.

Very pleased with the print quality, speed and ease of use of this 3-in-1 printer. For light business and heavy personal use. Replacement ink price is reasonable but slightly costlier than previous printer model I have owned.
