Brother DCP 195C Inkjet Multifunction Printer

The home office can be limited for space, so instead of having separate devices it make sense to buy the Brother DCP 195C which can print, copy and scan all from a small compact unit. The Brother DCP 195C has a USB port on the front which can save you time by printing documents directly from a USB stick instead of using a computer.

The scanning options on the Brother DCP 195C include the possibility to scan directly to USB or straight to email. The OCR feature can save you time by removing the task of retyping printed material. The copy feature of the Brother DCP 195C includes reducing or enlarging images and also condensing several pages on the one sheet.

The resolution of the scanner on the Brother DCP 195C is up to 1,200 x 2,400 in colour and 1,200 x 1,200 in mono. The speed of the scanner is from 3.44 seconds mono and 4.83 seconds in colour scanning A4 size with a resolution of 100 x 100 dpi.

So far it has performed faultlessly . It was straightforward to install , it looks great and makes no fuss . I am totally satisfied with this printer and recommend it without hesitation .

Spoke to Brother on day of delivery and they are still trying to solve the problem in Japan. Could possibly be a faulty machine. If so will of course ask Printware for a replacement.
