It arrived quickly and wa easy to set up, with one excewption. I still can't send or receive faxes from this printer, do you think it is faulty?

Thanks for the review. This machine is able to send and receive faxes so whether it's a setting issue or a fault a call to Kodak Support should see you up and running pretty quickly. Their no is 0870 243 0270. Let us know if you continue to experience problems.
