I wasnt sure about ordering from a company I have not dealt with and do not have a local branch to me, but I have to say, the sales lady i spoke to was very helpful and knowledgable about the product. she was very helpful and not a pushy sales rep. After making payment the printer came on time as promised, brand new undamaged and works like a dream come true.
