Very good printer. Printing quality excellent. Can copy without going through computer. Buy extra black toner at time of ordering as supplied ink cartridges only last a few days.

Having had a nightmare experience with HP's 8500A, this Printer just does what it claims. Printing quality is great and delivered speedily: Quiet in operation: Switches itself off when not in use: Has a back top loading in-tray for thicker papers such as photo which is easy to use: Scans well: Uses high capacity cartridges and holds a semsible amount of paper. The only down side apears to be loading paper which can be slightly fiddly especially if your desk is cluttered, under the industry standard flimsy / fragile paper out feed. This will be negated when the 2nd tray I have ordered for my headed paper, on back order, arrives.

The Epson is a really big machine but fairly solid in build quality. Performance is fast and print output very good. Scanning is quick and easy and our office staff like it. We would recommend it so far. Also very pleased with the service by Printware.
