Printware were excellent to deal with, highly recommend. I couldn't believe the difference in price, they were £100 cheaper than Argos.
The printer was easy to setup, works fine for standard printing,WIFI connected with no problems, tested the email print and that works fine from an Ipod. I wouldn't say the photographs are of lab quality, quite disappointing, i specifically went for this model for the photo printing and optimised dpi.

Thanks for your review. We're surprised to hear that you're not impressed with the photo printing - are you using a good quality paper? Try using HP's Advanced Photo Paper, this paper works really well with the genuine HP inks so should give an impressive result.

I bought this printer to enable me to overprint postcards with information.
I set up without any problems and printed on A4 from the main tray perfectly. I then attempted to print from the photo tray, set the document and printer properties accordingly, and pressed print. A4 from main tray again selected. Advanced properties showed photo tray "not Available". Attempts to change this failed with the message "Cannot save printer settings".
Information on HP site elusive, and logging on to their e-mail help an issue as the site asks for a 10 digit serial for the product, while information available on the printer tells me it is invalid and the data shown on a printer details page on the PC shows 14 digits.
Cannot load new software drivers as after download, running fails when it can't create an output file to extract to, despite running as administrator.
Basically this product and HP support is a load of rubbish.

I'm frustrated by this machine and I think the problem is that I probably just don't know how to use it properly and the help section doesn't really help - Oh dear!
1)I put an SD card into the machine and want to transfer the photos to my Photoshop program - but how? I just have to resort to doing a wired link.
2)I do a lot of document printing and need to be able to resize them on print preview before printing - but how?
3)If I have a large document to print I want to print odd pages and even pages or booklet style - but how?
As I've said the help sections are just too confusing. I end up having to use my 99p Canon I bought on e-bay - ridiculous or what!
The quality of the HP printer is good - would love to be able to use it.

Hello Ray. You should call Tech Support on 0870 243 0270 and they will be able to tell you how to do this over the phone. Hopefully, that will solve your problems.
