The size of the Xerox 6140 Phaser printer is small making the fit easily on your desk or in a central location. The Xerox Phaser 6140 is also engineered for quiet operation, reducing the impact the printer has on the office environment.

The control panel on the Xerox Phaser 6140 includes information on toner level allowing you to quickly check how much toner is left so that you can order new toners when the toner is running low. There is a convention button on the control panel of the Phaser 6140 which lets you wake the printer up or set it to power save mode if the printer is idle.
