I've had 1 of these for yrs, it's say you can use 250gsm but anything over 190 gsm tends to jam, colour reproduction it not that good and the spiked rollers leave very bad marks on prints that don't flaten out, there are lots of much better printers for around the same price
We’re sorry that you’re not happy with your printer. This model has now been discontinued by HP and replaced with the Business InkJet 2800.
HP have made quite a few improvements on the newer InkJet 2800 including addressing the issue of paper handling – you no longer need to manually-feed thicker paper; you can print on anything up to 286gsm through Tray 1. They’ve also moved to the individual ink option using their unique Modular Ink Delivery System to give a better range of colour.
