including printer valets and on-site engineers for "out of warranty"

Installation
Installing a network printer or multifunction device can be an extremely difficult and
long-winded task if you don't know what you are doing! Our fully trained regional
engineers are available to take the stresses and strains away from you leaving you to
spend your precious time on other matters. We will even unpack and assemble the printer for
you before we start. Basic end user training is offered as standard to ensure that you
have the necessary skill-set to minimise downtime throughout the life of your printer.

Leasing Options
Leasing assists cash flow and leaves existing lines of borrowing unaffected. And since
leased equipment is an expense rather than an asset, there are substantial tax advantages
to be gained from financing IT infrastructure in this way. But perhaps most importantly, leasing
allows businesses to upgrade on a regular basis, and pay for modernisation incrementally.
Given the cost and importance of printers and copiers, and its rapid obsolescence, buying outright
is becoming an increasingly

Maintenance Contracts
Printware maintenance contracts are a low cost way to extend the manufacturer's warranty
on a new printer or cover a printer that is out of warranty. Our regional engineers
are never too far away to visit you on-site within 4 or 8 hours (working) depending on
which service level you choose. For mission critical devices we offer a more enhanced service
level. In the event that an engineer can't repair the printer there and then our
guaranteed fix option includes a loan printer that will be installed the
following day.

Print Audit
Do you know how much your printing costs you? If the answer is no then you will probably
benefit from this service. We will come to your site and gather data including the number
of pages printed and how much they cost on each printer, how much paper is wasted and how
much money you may be wasting due to duplication, reliability, employee abuse(!) and other
hidden costs. We can then suggest ways to significantly reduce your printing costs
and also give you the tools to monitor and restrict
each user.
